SIP reminder on WhatsApp
A SIP that bounces for low balance can get cancelled after a few misses, and you might not notice for months.
How to set it on WhatsApp
Tell RememberMyTask: “Remind me every month on the 4th to keep SIP money in my bank account”, a day before your SIP debit date. Add a yearly reminder to review your funds and step up the amount. It all happens in a normal WhatsApp chat.

Questions
What happens if my SIP debit fails?
The instalment is skipped, your bank may charge a fee, and several failed debits in a row can lead the fund house to stop the SIP. Check your fund house’s rules.
When should the reminder go off?
One day before the SIP date, after your salary has landed. If you have SIPs on different dates, set one for each.
How often should I review my funds?
Once or twice a year is plenty for most people. Look at goals and asset mix rather than short-term returns.
Can the bot invest for me?
No. It only reminds you. Your SIP runs through your bank mandate as usual.
