Full refund within 14 days
If you ask within 14 days of a payment, we refund that payment in full. You do not need to give a reason. This applies to both the 30-day plan ($4.99) and the lifetime plan ($99).
How to ask
- Ask for one in your RememberMyTask chat, or
- email hello@remembermytask.com with the WhatsApp number you paid from and the payment date.
What happens next
- We send the refund to the same card, UPI account or bank account you paid with, through our payment provider.
- We tell you when the refund is on its way. Your bank may then take several working days to show it.
- The plan you were refunded for ends. If you are past your free trial, your reminders pause. Nothing is deleted, and you can pay again later.
After 14 days
After 14 days we do not refund a payment, except where the law requires it or where the service failed you because of a problem on our side, for example reminders that did not arrive. In that case, write to us and we will make it right.
No surprise charges
RememberMyTask never renews automatically. You are only charged when you pay a link yourself, so there is nothing to cancel.
