RememberMyTask sends reminders to the person who set them. This policy is part of our terms of service and applies to everyone who uses the service.
The main rule
RememberMyTask is for reminding yourself. Reminders go back to the WhatsApp number that created them. Do not try to use it to message other people.
What you must not do
- No unlawful content. Do not store or send anything illegal, or anything that breaks someone else’s rights.
- No harassment or threats in your messages to the service or to our support team.
- No secrets. Do not put passwords, PINs, one-time codes or full card numbers in reminders. We do not need them, and it is safer for you.
- No automated or bulk use. Do not script, flood or load test the service, or use it as a messaging tool for a business or a list of people.
- No getting around limits. We limit how many messages an account can send in a period to keep the service working for everyone. Do not try to avoid these limits, for example with several numbers.
- No probing or attacks. Do not try to access other people’s data, break the service or bypass payment. If you find a security problem, please tell us at hello@remembermytask.com.
- No reselling the service without our written agreement.
- Follow WhatsApp’s rules, including its terms of service.
What we do if this policy is broken
We may slow down, pause or close an account that breaks this policy. Where we can, we tell you first and explain why. We report to the authorities where the law requires it.
