These terms apply if you join the RememberMyTask affiliate programme run by PINGTAIL PARTNERS (“we”). They add to our terms of service.
1. Joining
You apply on our affiliates page. We review every application and may refuse one without giving a reason. Once approved, you get a personal link and code.
2. Commission
- When someone opens your link and starts using RememberMyTask, they are linked to you.
- You earn 30% of each payment they make within 365 days of joining, unless we agree another rate with you in writing.
- Commission is calculated on the amount we receive, after taxes.
- If a payment is refunded or charged back, the commission on it is cancelled, and may be deducted from a later payout.
- People who already used RememberMyTask before they opened your link do not count.
3. Payouts
We pay out monthly, by bank transfer, UPI or PayPal, to the details you give us. We may hold commission until the 14-day refund window of a payment has passed. You are responsible for your own taxes on what you earn. We may ask for tax details where the law requires it.
4. Rules
- No self-referrals. Do not use your own link for yourself, or create accounts to earn commission.
- No spam. Do not send unsolicited messages, post where it is not allowed, or add people to groups to promote us.
- No paid ads on our brand. Do not bid on “RememberMyTask” or similar words in search or social ads, and do not use our name in a domain or account name.
- Be honest. Only describe features RememberMyTask really has, and say that you earn a commission where the law or the platform requires it.
If you break these rules, we may cancel commission earned through the breach and remove you from the programme.
5. Ending
You can leave at any time by emailing us. We can change or end the programme, or remove an affiliate, with 30 days’ notice by email, or at once for a breach of these terms. Commission earned honestly before the end is still paid.
6. Other terms
