The basics

Do I need to install anything?

No. RememberMyTask is a contact on WhatsApp. There is no app, no signup form and no password. Your WhatsApp number is your account.

How do I start?

The WhatsApp number goes live soon. When it does, you tap the button on this page and send your first reminder, for example “tomorrow 9am call the bank”.

What does it cost?

The first 7 days are free with every feature, and you do not need a card. After that it is $4.99 for 30 days, or $99 once for lifetime use. Nothing renews automatically: before your 30 days end, the bot sends you a new payment link.

What languages does it understand?

Write in the language you think in: English, Hindi, Hinglish, Spanish, Arabic, French and many more. It replies in the language you used.

What is nag mode?

Add “nag me” to a reminder. If you do not reply “done”, it sends the reminder again every 30 minutes, up to 3 times. Nags wait until 7 am in your time zone.

Is my data safe?

We keep only what the service needs: your number, time zone, language, reminders, a 90-day log of messages and your payments. We show no ads and never sell data. Send “delete my data” to erase your account. The privacy policy has the details.

Reminders

What kinds of reminders can I set?

One-off reminders (“friday 4pm dentist”, “in 20 minutes check the oven”) and repeating ones: daily, weekdays, weekly, monthly, yearly, every few days or every few hours.

What happens with a deadline?

Write “before”, like “pay rent before 31st”. You get a nudge 2 days before, 1 day before, and on the day.

How do I see, change or cancel reminders?

Send “list” to see what is coming, numbered. Then “cancel 2”, “edit 1 to friday 5pm” or “snooze 15”. To fix the reminder you just set, send “actually 5pm”. You can also reply to any reminder to act on it.

I cancelled the wrong one. Can I get it back?

Yes. Send “restore” within 24 hours and the cancelled reminder comes back.

What if several reminders are due at once?

They arrive together as one numbered message, so your phone does not buzz five times.

How does it know my time zone?

It guesses from your phone number’s country code. If you live somewhere else, or travel, send “timezone” and a city, like “timezone Dubai”.

Will it wake me up at night?

Nags wait until 7 am in your time zone. A reminder you set for a specific time, even 2 am, arrives at that time, because you asked for it.

Is there a daily summary?

If you want one. Tell it a time, for example “daily summary at 8am”, and you get the day’s reminders in one message, only on days that have any. Send “stop summary” to turn it off.

Can I rely on it for medicine I cannot miss?

Use it as a helper, not your only safeguard. Delivery depends on WhatsApp, your phone and your network, and a message can be late. For anything where a missed reminder could cause harm, keep a second reminder.

Paying

How do I pay?

The bot sends you a secure payment link in the chat. You can pay by card, UPI or netbanking. We never see your full card number.

Will I be charged automatically?

No. There is no automatic renewal. Before your 30 days end, the bot sends a new link. If you do not pay, nothing is charged.

What happens when the free trial ends?

Your reminders keep going for 24 hours. Then they pause. Nothing is deleted, and paying brings them straight back.

Is anything missing from the cheaper plan?

No. Every plan, including the trial, has every feature. The only difference is how long you pay for.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. Ask within 14 days of a payment, by email or in the chat, and we refund it in full. See the refund policy.

Privacy and stopping

Who can read my reminders?

Your messages pass through WhatsApp (Meta). To understand each message, we send it to Anthropic’s AI model, which does not train on it. We store your reminders on servers in Finland. We do not sell data or show ads. The privacy policy lists every company involved.

Will you send me marketing?

No. You only get your reminders, the summary if you turned it on, and account notices such as your trial ending.

How do I stop all messages?

Send “stop”. All messages stop.

How do I delete my data?

Send “delete my data” in the chat, or email us. Here is what happens next.
