Medication reminder on WhatsApp
You took your morning pill. Or did you? Doses slip when the day gets busy.
How to set it on WhatsApp
Send RememberMyTask a WhatsApp message like “Remind me every day at 9pm to take my pills, nag me”. It repeats every night at that time. With “nag me” it re-sends every 30 minutes, up to 3 times, until you reply done.

Questions
How should I time my doses?
Follow your doctor’s or pharmacist’s instructions on timing and food. Set the reminder for the time they gave you.
What if I am not sure whether I already took it?
Reply done the moment you take it, so the nags stop and you have a clear answer later. If you think you missed a dose, follow your doctor’s or pharmacist’s instructions rather than guessing.
Can I rely on this for medicine I cannot miss?
Delivery depends on WhatsApp and the network, so a message can arrive late. Keep a backup, such as a phone alarm or someone at home, for medicine you cannot miss.
Can I set reminders for several medicines?
Yes. Set one reminder per medicine, or one per dose time. If two are due at once, they arrive together as one message.
My course ends next week. How do I stop it?
Reply cancel when the course is over, or send “list” and cancel the one you no longer need.
