Remind a parent to take their medication, on WhatsApp
You live a few hours away, and every evening you wonder whether Dad took his pills today.
How to set it on WhatsApp
Send RememberMyTask “Remind Dad every day at 9am to take his blood pressure pill”. The first time, you get an invite link to send him; he taps it and presses send once. From then on the reminder arrives on his WhatsApp with ✅ Done and ⏰ 15 min buttons, and you are told when he taps Done. If he hasn’t confirmed within an hour, you get an alert.

Questions
Does my dad need to install anything?
No. He needs WhatsApp and one tap on the invite link you send. After that he only taps a button when the reminder arrives.
What if he doesn’t reply?
If he hasn’t confirmed within about an hour, you and any watchers you added get one alert, so you can give him a call.
Can my sister know too?
Yes. Send “add watcher” to get a link for her. Watchers hear about confirmations and misses.
Can he stop the reminders?
Yes. He can send STOP at any time. He only ever sees the reminders set for him.
Is this a medical service?
No, it is a reminder. Follow the doctor’s or pharmacist’s instructions, and since delivery depends on WhatsApp and the network, keep a backup for medicine that can’t be missed.
