How early should I order a refill?
Many pharmacies need a day or two, and some refills need your doctor to approve them first. Ordering about 5 to 7 days before you run out gives you room.
What if I need a new prescription, not just a refill?
Set an earlier reminder to contact your doctor’s office, since a new prescription can take longer than a refill.
What should I have ready when I call?
The prescription number from the label, your pharmacy’s details and your insurance card if you use one.
Can I change the cycle if my dose changes?
Yes. Reply “edit 1 to every 40 days”, or cancel it and set a new one. Follow your doctor’s or pharmacist’s instructions on the new dose.
