Trade licence renewal reminder on WhatsApp
The shop licence expired last month, and an inspector visit is not when you want to find out.
How to set it on WhatsApp
Message RememberMyTask “Remind me every year on 1 February to renew the trade licence”, a month or two before it expires. It repeats yearly. Add a “before” reminder for the expiry date itself, which also nudges you 2 days and 1 day ahead.

Questions
When does my licence expire?
It is printed on the licence. Many municipal trade and shop licences renew yearly, but check the current rules with your local body.
What documents are usually needed?
Often the old licence, ID and address proof, rent agreement or property papers, and fee payment. Check your municipality’s current list.
I have several licences, like FSSAI and fire. Can I set them all?
Yes. Set one yearly reminder per licence with its own date, so each one arrives on time.
Can the bot renew it for me?
No. It reminds you, and you apply online or at the office yourself.
