Medicine reminder on WhatsApp
You took your morning tablet. Or did you? Doses slip when the day gets busy.
How to set it on WhatsApp
Send RememberMyTask a WhatsApp message like “Remind me every day at 9pm to take my tablets, nag me”. It repeats daily at that time. With “nag me” it re-sends every 30 minutes, up to 3 times, until you reply done. For a course spread through the day, use “every 8 hours”.

Questions
How should I time my doses?
Follow your doctor’s instructions on timing and food. Set the reminder for the time they gave you, not a time that is merely convenient.
What if I am not sure whether I already took it?
Reply done the moment you take it, so the nags stop. If you are unsure about a missed dose, ask your doctor or pharmacist rather than doubling up.
Can I rely on this for medicine I cannot miss?
Delivery depends on WhatsApp and your network, so a message can arrive late. Keep a backup, such as a phone alarm or someone at home, for medicine you cannot miss.
Can I set reminders for several medicines?
Yes. Set one reminder per medicine. If two are due at the same time, they arrive together as one numbered message.
My course ends in 7 days. Can I stop the reminder then?
Reply cancel when the course is over, or say “list” to see your reminders and cancel the one you no longer need.
