Domain renewal reminder on WhatsApp
A domain expires, the site and email go dark, and someone else can grab the name.
How to set it on WhatsApp
Look up the expiry date in your registrar’s dashboard, then tell RememberMyTask: “Remind me to renew example.com before 12 March”. You get nudges 2 days and 1 day before, but set the date a few weeks early in case your card fails. Use “every year on” for domains you renew annually.

Questions
Is auto-renew enough?
It helps, but auto-renew fails when the card expires or the account email is old. A reminder a few weeks before expiry lets you confirm it actually went through.
What happens after a domain expires?
Most registrars give a grace period, then a redemption period with a higher fee, then the domain can be released to anyone. Exact periods depend on the extension and registrar.
What should I check at renewal?
Registrant contact email, nameservers, auto-renew status, and that domain lock is on. Make sure you still control the account email.
Can it remind my teammate?
