Questions
Do my clients have to sign up?
No. They tap your invite link and press send once. WhatsApp needs them to message us first, and that also shows they agree.
Can the bot collect the documents?
No. It reminds the client and tells you when they tap Done. The documents still reach you the usual way.
Will clients see my other reminders?
No. They only see the reminders you set for them.
Can a client stop the reminders?
Yes, by sending STOP at any time. Please only invite clients who know you and expect these reminders.
