Questions
Can it remind the driver or my partner?

What about holidays?
When a reminder comes on a holiday, reply done or cancel that one. For long breaks, cancel the repeat and set it again when school restarts.
How much buffer should I keep?
Set the reminder for when you need to leave, not dismissal time. Ten to fifteen minutes extra helps with traffic.
